French press: (1) Grind fresh on coarse setting. (2) Add 1.5 grams coffee per 1 ounce hot water to press. (3) Stir after 1 minute then plunge after 4 minutes. Drip Brewer: (1) Grind fresh on drip setting. (2) Add 2 tablespoons coffee per 6 ounces cold water. (3) Brew into a thermal carafe to avoid burning coffee.
