Auto-Drip: Use two level tablespoons of freshly ground coffee per 6 oz of cold, filtered water. Pour Over: Use a ratio by weight of 16 parts filtered, 200 degrees F water to 1 part medium-fine freshly ground coffee. French Press: Use a ratio by weight of 15 parts filtered, 200 degrees F water to 1 part freshly coarse-ground coffee; steep 4-6 minutes. Storage: Sunlight, moisture and oxygen are coffee killers. Store beans in an air-tight container in a dry environment and keep out of extreme hot or cold temperatures.
