      Ingredients

      Brown Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Tomato Puree (water, Tomato Paste), Water, Salt, Spices (including Chili Pepper, Black Pepper, Mustard), Bourbon, Onion, Garlic, Modified Corn Starch, Red Bell Pepper, Rice Flour, Xanthan Gum (thickener), Natural Flavor

      Directions

      You Will Need 1 package Grill Mates® Marinade 1 to 2 lbs. chicken, steak, pork, or shrimp*. Directions Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade reserving 1 to 2 Tbsp. for basting, if desired. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade. *Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
