Similar to our Mole Original, DOA MARA Mole Adobo is thick, spicy, sweet and made from a special combination of roasted spices, ancho chiles, pasilla chiles and peanuts. Just add a few ingredients, and youll have a robust, authentic sauce that goes great with fish, vegetables and more.

Ingredients

Crackers (wheat Flour, Water, Baking Soda), Soybean Oil, Chile Peppers, Sesame Seeds, Peanuts, Sugar, Iodized Salt (contains Potassium Iodate), Natural Flavors

Directions

Cooking Instructions: 1. In saucepan, add 4 parts broth (or water) to 1 part paste. 2. Use low heat, stirring constantly and bring to boil (about 210 degrees F). 3. Keep the sauce in low heat for 4 minutes. 4. Serve warm over chicken or other foods. Refrigerate after opening. Keep in a cool and dry place.
